first of all, i would like to say sorry to you guys, for not being able to post, even though i had free time.
but here i am now to post, so, please welcome me back! hehehee.

so how are you people doing?
i'm good here in america.
but i am so getting bored okay?
i really would LOVE to be able to go to school soon.
seriously.

so here's quite a summary of what happened to my life when i didnt get a chance to blog about it.

so yeah, we moved into our new two bedroom up and down apt. (rent) its a nice place, and even though we've got LOADS of neighbors, its always really quiet around here. (except for that freaking dog who keeps on barking!) there are quite a handful of teenagers around, and i got to know a teensy bit about two of them, when i bought chocolates from them for a school charity event. which reminds me, i have to go ask them if they are eighth graders, and which high school are they going to next school sem. so that at least we can somehow stick together in school! (:

settling in our apt took about a week for everything to be unpacked and arranged, plus all the other stuffs to be settled, like the furnis, clothes, stuffs, and entertainment thingamajigs. (we now have a 32" LCD screen sitting on the TV stand in our living room :D

there are movies a plenty i got to watch with tita* elna, tita lilian and my sister.
- ghost rider
- bridge to terabithia
- because i said so
- norbit
- night at the museum

i think thats about it.

and thanks to the many movie channels in TV, i got to watch older movies i wanted to watch before!

- she's the man
- harry potter 4 (watched it in cinema before)

and i think a couple more that i cant recall.

oh oh, we went roller skating!
with aya and melech, my sister's friends.
it was a fun experience, even though i fell once, and never let go of the handle guides again!
we could skate on the carpet, but not yet on the rink. and when we finally had enough practice and confidence to go try on the rink again, they had to close it. aww shoots.

but even though i did not manage to blog about my everyday life, just like i used to before, i still managed to chat with some of you guys almost everyday. well, almost.

oh and did i mention i miss you guys terribly?
well, yeah i do.

so here's what happened much recently.
like, this morning.

WE FINALLY WENT TO KENDALL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH!

which is such an accoplishment for me, for the fact that we always followed our family friends to their church, which is CATHOLIC.

uhuh, you got it right, i did attend catholic mass a bunch of times.
i even, *gulp*, memorized a bit of the things they acclaim and stuff.
but dont worry, i dont despise catholic religion, in fact, i think they're just about the same thing.
its still the same god we're worshipping. but i just dont feel 'home' in a catholic church.
wiht people staring at us for not doing the things they normally do every sunday, like say, communion, that sign of the cross thing, oh forget it.

anyways, the UMC is a really nice church. with really nice people.
although, i must admit, the traditional service is practically FULL of OLD people!
old NICE people okay?
they were so kind!
hahahaha. one even offered us a ride home, cos we didnt have any transportation yet. LOL!
which reminds me to blog about the car we're about to buy. lets get to that later.
well, we didnt get to attend sunday school, because it starts at 10 am which, unfortunately, is after the traditional church service. im dying to meet the YM people! yeah, they have YM!!!

yay.

so then we met up with the filipino clan, hahaha. which is just the people we go to to know when we came here. (my mom knew them first)

went to LA CARRETA, this cuban cuisine resto. lovely food there. wheehhe.
so yeah, we took pictures, and then ate brunch.
haha, so we're all chatting, and when we were quit enear to finishing our food, tito* benson had to go out with his daughter, camille (same name) cos she was crying. oh yeah, i forgot to mention that she is a baby. hehehe. and here's the part which got us all laughing-

HE TRIED TO GO OUT THROUGH THE EMERGENCY EXIT, EVEN THOUGH IT CLEARLY STATES THAT THE ALARM WILL SOUND ONCE YOU USE THE DOOR!

gosh.

so like, we were all laughing really really hard, and by we, i dont mean just us filipinos, but practically the whole resto! it was a REALLY good thing he was carrying the baby, for like, some reason. haha.
so the alarm went on for quite a while, until the manager stopped it, which was followed by an applause and loud cheers from the diners. hahahaha.

so like, we were all joking about it all the way home. (: hehehe.

my parents and kyla went out with tita elna to dadeland, ross and target. buying stuffs.
which leaves me and bea here at home alone. wee!

now, about the car, my dad is planning to buy a 2007 HONDA CR-V with navi system.
and we're arguing about the color.
he wants black, but it doesnt really look nice cos the car has black rims.
my mom wants white, but she knows we're not gonna end up choosing it because it will get dirty easily.
I want the green kind of version, or the royal blue.
BEA chosee another CAR! hahah.
kyla wants a YELLOW CAR for HERSELF.
LOL!

but im not sure about the CR-V though.
they might end up buying a honda pilot.
or something else.

that is, after my dad passes his driving test.
he's having lessons this week.
so i guess by the end of march, we should have a car.
we MUST!
a car is a MUST for everyone here.
you cant go anywhere without a car.
well you can, but by walking/taking e bus/taxi/getting a ride from a friend(:

when we get a car, i am allowed to go to the YM services!
which so totally rocks.
and they have fellowship at night, from 6-8pm.
how cool is that?
totally.

well, i guess thats just about it.
i know this is a really long post, but hey, you all wanted post!
