the straightener came!

im doing pretty good in this updating thing :]
well today wasnt such a great day either.
i just updated my myspace profile, with a new layout and new about me information.
so yeah, if you're friends with me on myspace, go check it out!
so after lunch, plans were, to have martin come over and give me my beanie baby and just hang out. but we couldnt, cause my dad came home early. apparantly my sister had a fever and had to go home from daycare. so yeap, no hanging out done today =[
well then i just lounged around and read a few pages off the new book im reading; Friction- E.R. Frank.

when my mom came home from work, she had the new straightener with her.
i've been waiting DAYS for the straightener to come!
so like, it was the straightener the hair lady at the salon used on me, and my mom liked it so much that she ordered it from her. cause apparantly, those kinds of straighteners weren't for sale to random people, like you couldn't find it in the shop or anything. so yeah, we got it, and i tried it out! =]
i must say, it works wonders.
hahahahahaha. and im happy, because my hair looks waaaay better when i straighten it. xP

there's an issue about my freedom that i feel like blogging about.
its just like, i feel that my dad should loosen up his grip on me and everything, now that i'm in highschool. i mean, okay, so in his view, he should really get stricter on me, just so i stay safe and everything right? but like, im getting tired, way way tired of that. =/
during dinner, we were discussing plans for me to pick up my sister after school and everything, and suddenly he goes, "i dont want you walking home from school anymore".
and i'm completely horrifed about that.
because, i made plans with a friend that we were gonna walk to brier together.
and i really wanted to do that!
so yeah, i'm just pretty bummed out right now about that.
and i'm not even sure if me and tori are gonna be able to hang out tomorrow.
i asked him, but he didn't say yes or no.

ohwell.

hehe. well i'm off to help my friend look for some songs for her sweetsixteen.
